Health Services in Pittsburgh

Being sick is expensive. If you're not covered under your parents' health insurance, investigate personal medical insurance. Most universities have group plans that provide decent, affordable coverage. You may also want to find a personal physician in Pittsburgh, especially if your hometown is far away. In an emergency, call 911 and tell the operator the nature of the emergency, your location and whether an ambulance or any other service is needed. In the meantime, look after yourself; make sure you eat well and get enough rest, and if you get the urge to get into yoga or cycling, do it!
