If you suspect that you or someone you know may be pregnant, find out as soon as possible. Good prenatal care is essential for a healthy mother and child, so it's important to begin seeing your ob-gyn right away. Many places offer free testing. The most reliable test (and the earliest determinant of pregnancy) is blood testing.

If the pregnancy is something you hadn't planned, you do have options. Foster parents and adoption are two such options. Talking with someone is advised and there are plenty of services available. Remember, if you are having problems deciding what to do — talk to someone. If you're not comfortable with family or friends, counseling services are a phone call away. You don't have to feel alone:
